Backed by a 30+ year career in law, he has tried hundreds of jury trials and has obtained million dollar settlements in doing so. Another Founding Partner of our law firm, Sean Breen has dedicated more than 25 years of his life to practicing law, during which time he has secured record-setting verdicts. His unyielding support of clients has resulted in verdicts which have gained Hall of Fame status. In 2011 Sean received a Hall of Fame Top Texas Verdict for the #1 premises liability verdict in the case Van Dusen v. Alcurt Landings, LLC, awarded by Texas Lawyer in conjunction with VerdictSearch. In 2017 Sean also received a Hall of Fame Top Texas Verdict for the largest personal injury verdict for a product liability case in the history of the Western District Court for his client in the case Nester v.
