Enrico Trevisani is a trial attorney at Howry Breen & Herman, where he zealously represents clients seeking accountability and full compensation after serious injury and wrongdoing — from family members who have lost loved ones to acts of gross negligence, to victims of catastrophic injuries. A decorated trial advocate, he prepares every case as though it will go to trial, ensuring his clients are positioned to secure the best possible result.
Before joining the firm, Enrico represented clients in mass tort and multidistrict litigation, including cases against rideshare companies and chemical manufacturers. He began his legal career at a respected firm in New York City before relocating to Dallas, his hometown, where he handled complex commercial disputes, trade secrets litigation, and high-profile criminal matters.
Enrico earned his law degree from UCLA School of Law, where he competed for the A. Barry Cappello Trial Team, ranked the No. 1 law school trial advocacy program in the country. Over the course of his law school career, Enrico won 44 trials across eight competitions, capturing multiple national championships along the way, and became the first competitor in U.S. history to win the four most prestigious law school trial tournaments — the National Trial Competition (TYLA/ACTL), the Student Trial Advocacy Competition (AAJ), the Tournament of Champions (NITA), and the National Civil Trial Competition. In recognition of his advocacy, Enrico was inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2022 and named the top oral advocate in his graduating class.
Prior to law school, Enrico earned his master’s degree in political philosophy from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Enrico also received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, where he majored in political science. While in college, Enrico competed in undergraduate mock trial and was named an All-American Attorney in 2018. He continues to coach and mentor Arizona's mock trial program today, passing along the skills that carried him through law school and into practice, and currently serves as adjunct faculty for UCLA Law's trial team.
Outside the office, Enrico enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, working out, playing disc golf, and exploring the live music scene in Austin.
