Brittany B. Long
Brittany Long is a trial attorney that represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of commercial and high-stakes litigation. With a focus and experience in business litigation, business law, administrative law and personal injury, Brittany has directed and handled cases with millions of dollars at stake. With a background as Assistant Attorney General in the Financial Litigation and Charitable Trusts Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, she managed complex breach-of-contract cases and commercial litigation regarding software licenses, construction, technology, insurance policies, real estate agreements, business disputes, and much more. She is also well-versed in the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) and is an important part of the trial team at HowryBreen representing people who have suffered catastrophic personal injury losses. Our clients today can depend on her ability and insight to direct and route their own high-stakes cases that could change the future of their companies or individual interests.
When she is not working on a client’s case, Brittany spends most of her free time playing music, listening to podcasts, and enjoying the great outdoors. She is a member of the Texas Archeological Society and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
