Sean Breen Serves on Corporate Ethics Panel

The Texas General Counsel forum is hosting a seminar on Corporate Ethics and has asked Sean Breen to serve on the panel. Joining Sean on the panel are moderator Arthur Miller, a nationally known legal scholar and University Professor at New York University; Justice Harriet O’Neil, Texas Supreme Court; Moris Davis, Legal Counsel of Temple-Inland; John Holmes, VP and Acting Legal Counsel, Freescale Semiconductor; Mary Mack, Corporate Technology Counsel, Fios; and Merrie Spaeth, Founder, Spaeth Communications, Inc. The event takes place May 13, 4 to 7 p.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas.
