Laura graduated from The University of Texas with a B.A. in 1995 and The University of Memphis School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2000, where she served on the Law Review and published Guiliano v. Cleo, Inc.: A New Rule for Liquidated Damages in Tennessee , 31 U. Mem. L. Rev . 221 (Fall 2000).
