Herman Howry & Breen LLP, is pleased to announce that not only have partners Tim Herman, Randy Howry and Sean Breen been named as “Texas Super Lawyers” for 2004, but also associate Scott DeShazo has been named a “Texas Rising Star.” The selections are made by Texas Monthly magazine, in cooperation with the publication Law and Politics. Scott, along with the other Rising Star honorees, will be featured in the July, 2004 issue of Texas Monthly magazine and the Texas Super Lawyers– Rising Star edition. The Super Lawyer edition will be published in November, 2004.
For the Rising Star competition, fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Texas have received this designation. Recipients are younger than 40 years of age or have been practicing law 10 years or less. In the Super Lawyer category approximately 5 percent of attorneys in Texas received this recognition.
Congratulations to Tim, Randy, Sean and Scott on their achievements. Their success and reputations as effective and artful litigators has been recognized, not only through this designation, but also by former clients, jurors and even opposing counsel.
