In 2011 Sean received a Hall of Fame Top Texas Verdict for the #1 premises liability verdict in the case Van Dusen v. Alcurt Landings, LLC, awarded by Texas Lawyer in conjunction with VerdictSearch. In 2017 Sean also received a Hall of Fame Top Texas Verdict for the largest personal injury verdict for a product liability case in the history of the Western District Court for his client in the case Nester v. Textron. Sean is known for treating his clients like family, his dedication to building trust and confidence in the clients that he will achieve the results they deserve, and of course, his incredible ability to reach record breaking, Hall of Fame verdicts.

The Selection Process

Selection for High Stakes Litigation winners is by invitation only and is meant to represent the top attorneys who are currently practicing. Attorneys are selected based upon dedication to hard work, impeccable ethical standards, and community involvement that inspires peers and clients alike. Candidates in each state are evaluated using a comprehensive Qualitative Comparative Analysis system, that examines a broad range of criteria. The extensive vetting that occurs during this process means that less than one percent of active attorneys in the US will receive this honor.
