Herman has tried scores of cases to verdict in courts throughout Texas and other
states. He is a commercial trial lawyer with experience in corporate liability
of officers and directors, professional negligence in corporate matters, shareholder
claims and disputes, commercial and real estate contract claims, oil and gas contract
and lease claims. Mr. Herman also lectures on jury selection topics and other
trial-related matters.
