Work Experience

John has over fourteen years of broad civil litigation experience, and has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court in matters pertaining to contractual and commercial disputes, business torts, products liability, DTPA, personal injury and probate claims. John also has extensive experience in administrative law, including representing both permit applicants and protestants in contested environmental permitting proceedings. He has represented both appellants and appellees in appeals of court decisions and administrative orders. John also has substantial experience preparing contracts and other commercial documents, real estate instruments, and wills and other estate planning documents.
